Woolworth Building Update

It seems possible they have renamed this building (from Woolworth to 1115 H St)? If you go to the web address shown in the photo it mentions the building will be LEED Platinum! From the renders it seems they still have one more floor to add. As always, click the photos for larger versions/slideshow.

Either way, we've looked at it before here, and I believe elsewhere. I am too lazy to find the other one, though.

DC Streetcar Barn Construction

Lots of activity!

And a bonus shot of the past and future of transit:

H Street Restaurant Renos - Micho's, Argonaut, old Souk and old Tru Orleans Lookin' Good

We start with Micho's, in the former florist space (5th and H St NE)

Next up is the old Tru Orleans space (it is hard to see from the photos but they were working on the interior and exterior). 

The new Argonaut enclosed outdoor space looks great! (Sorry about the finger...)

The old Souk space has been painted and it appears that the interior has been renovated. The bulb out has been rebuilt also. 

NY Avenue NE Development

I have no idea what this one is. Anybody have any ideas? It's next to the Art Enables building (edit: I'm told Art Enables moved to RI Ave NE several years ago). It's also not this, which is further down. And I think it is too close in to be the parking garage for the Hecht Development. Drop a note in the comments if you know. Edit: A twitter user (@IMGoph) helpfully notes this is hotel construction. I will research it further.

This is my first time seeing any movement at this property. I wasn't able to find much info online about the plan for the development - leave a comment if you know anything.
